Brief History
ME-ADS was born out of a need for local Turkish project management and drilling providers. ME-ADS is Turkey’s premier provider of integrated field services. We perform project management for the entire lifecycle of a well. Our team has combined experience in Air and Conventional Drilling, P&A, MPD, UBD, Coiled Tubing, Nitrogen, Cementing, Geothermal Drilling, Directional Drilling and Oil & Gas Project Management.

Founder and CEO
With a strong background in Under Balanced Drilling, Managed Pressure Drilling, and Management, Ismet has brought together a multidisciplinary team to fulfil client’s drilling, completion, and well intervention needs.
Gunay Dil
Project Manager
Gunay brings to the team a well-rounded knowledge of Well Services, Cementing, and Drilling Engineering. His experience allows him to lead ME-ADS as we design and execute P&A and Drilling solutions.
Heather Brooks
Business Development
Heather has international experience with service companies in drilling and field operations. She enjoys making new contacts in the region and helps to develop business direction during the energy transition.
Cuneyt Caliskan
HSE Manager
With safety at the forefront of every operation, Cuneyt guides the team towards safer working practices. His post graduate work in Occupational Health and Safety combined with a background in Construction and Oil & Gas project sites allows for a safer working environment for all employees.
Yamac Guneyli
Contract & Legal Manager
Yamaç began his career as an engineer in Oil and Gas where he gained a strong technical background before earning his law degree. He drafts and reviews all business contracts as well as resolving legal matters at ME-ADS.
